Sam Chan joined Singapore Rugby in 1996 and manages the schools development department. Sam played rugby at various national age group levels from 1984, and represented the National Men’s Team from 1988 – 1999 in both 15s and 7s. Sam coached the National Men’s Team in 2000 and 2001 and has also coached various age groups from 1998 - 2007.

Inoke Afeaki joins SRU after having worked at the Wellington Rugby Football Union as a Coaching Coordinator. B.Sc. in Physiology from New Zealand’s Victoria University and Sports Science Post Graduate Studies in Sports Notation from Swansea University of Wales. Inoke also played 17 professional seasons in New Zealand, Japan, Wales and France. His philosophy is simple, create the environment to constantly improve and surround yourself with people who can help. Inoke played for Tonga in three Rugby World Cups, 1995, 2003 and 2007. One of the Wellington Lions most prolific Forward Try scorers with five consecutive tries against Canterbury who are the form team in New Zealand ensures his pedigree. Inoke has represented his Secondary School at National Level in Water polo, Softball, Rowing and Rugby 7’s, he encourages cross sporting athletes to try Rugby as a sport that utilises the skills from all sports.

Malcolm David has been with the Singapore Rugby since June 2007. He travelled with the Singapore National Women’s team as Team Manager in 2007 for the SEA Games in Korat, where the team won the Silver medal. Besides managing all sponsored primary school programmes, he is the adviser to CCAB (primary schools).

Muhammad Zaki joined Singapore Rugby in February 2009 as a Rugby Development Officer overlooking the North and East Zone secondary schools and junior colleges. He was part of the National Mens Team who won the Asian Division 1 Championship last year and is currently training with the squad for the A5N. During his National Service days, he played an integral part for the Engineers Formation Team and also represented SAFSA.

Harry Mason

Harry Mason joined Singapore Rugby Union in February 2011 managing all the match officials in Singapore. Harry started playing rugby in the UK for Sudbury RFC in 1995 and Eastern Counties U17 the following year. He returned to Singapore in 1997 and played fly half for Singapore U19's, U20's and mens 7's team in Japan. Harry started refereeing in 2003 and is currently on the ARFU referee A as well as the IRB HSBC World Sevens Series panel.

CK joined Singapore Rugby as Finance and Admin Manager in April 2010. He had worked for many years in a multitude of jobs with multinationals and local companies ranging from industry, commerce and hospitality. Having regional experience and exposure covering Finance, Banking, Accounting, IT, HR, Commercial, etc. activities that he is passionate to developing SRU into a premier NSA during his current tenure.
