  1. Support HC in Planning, Implementation & Review of National Team programs (M7s & U20 M7s)
  2. Support HC in Player Selection & Talent Identification
  3. Conducts National Team Trials & Training
  4. Documentation and Reporting
  5. Conducts 7s Coaching Courses (Low Season)
  6. Reports to HC & Technical Director

– World Rugby Level 1 7s Coach accreditation (Or equivalent)

– World Rugby Level 1 Match Officiating accreditation (Or equivalent)

– World Rugby Level 1 Strength & Conditioning accreditation (Or equivalent)

– NROC registered coach

– SRU registered coach

– Broad base of Rugby Knowledge (Programs, Calendars, Tournaments, Logistics)

– IT & Communication Skills

– Knowledge of: GPS/AMS/Video Analysis

– Leadership Skills

– Presentation, Organizational & Reporting Skills

– Team Player

– Works well under pressure

– Preferred: Tertiary Education, Educator accreditation

– Based in Singapore

  1. Support HC in Designing, Planning, Implementation & Review of National Team programs (M7s & U20 M7s), including documentation & timely submission for:
    National Team Calendars
    Training Session plans (Based on analysis)
    Tournament Run Sheets
    Tours & Budgets
  2. Support HC in Talent ID, tracking & selection of National team players
    At tournaments or other sports
    Adherence to selection protocols
  3. National Team Training
    Ensure that National Trainings are conducted based on analysis with Player Welfare in mind
  4. Fortnightly Skype with 7s specialist support coach
  5. Reports to HC & Technical Director
    Frequency: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual
