1. Support Head Coach in Planning, Implementation & Review of W15s National Team programs

2. Support Head Coach in player selection & talent identification

3. Support Head Coach in conducting National team training

4. Support Head Coach in documentation and reporting

5. Reports to Head Coach & Technical Director

 

– World Rugby Level 2 15s Coach accreditation (Or equivalent)

– World Rugby Level 1 Match Officiating accreditation (Or equivalent)

– World Rugby Level 1 Strength & Conditioning accreditation (Or equivalent)

– NROC registered

– SRU registered coach

– Broad base of Rugby Knowledge (Programs, Calendars, Tournaments, Logistics)

– IT & Communication Skills

– Knowledge of: GPS/AMS/Video Analysis

– Presentation, Organizational & Reporting Skills

– Team Player

– Works well under pressure

– Based in Singapore

  1. Implementation & Review of National Team programs
  • Support Head Coach in documentation & timely submission for:
  • National Team Calendars
  • Training Session plans (Based on analysis)
  • Tournament Run Sheets
  • Tour programs
  • Submission of National Team reports (Weekly, Monthly / Campaign)
  1. Attend and contribute to HP Staff meetings as required
  2. Support Head Coach in talent ID, tracking & selection of National team players
  • At tournaments or other sports
  • Database (Linked to AMS)
  • Adherence to selection protocols
  1. Support Head Coach at National team training
  • Ensure that National trainings are conducted based on analysis with Player Welfare in mind
  1. Reports to Head Coach, Technical Director, General Manager & National Teams Commission
  • Frequency: Weekly & Monthly
