SRU works with many stakeholders like World Rugby, Singapore National Olympic Committee (SNOC), Sport Singapore, sponsors, donors, affiliates, coaches and athletes. You will manage and lead SRU’s financial, staff and secretariat administration matters include but not limited to:

  • Budgeting
  • Accounts payables & receivables
  • General ledger management and reporting
  • Financial and management reporting and control system
  • Audit management and Compliance
  • Fixed asset management

Support in the following areas:

  • Assist in budgeting, implementation of financial plans, financial and management reporting, cash flow management, audits, regulatory compliance and financial close;
  • Review and make recommendations to existing financial and accounting policies, processes and internal controls in accordance to market standards and practices;
  • Interpret financial and management reports and statements;
  • Provide assistance to review financial policies, work processes and internal controls;
  • Other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned

An ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Experience working in organisation’s with institute of public character (IPC) status, especially in a national sport association in Singapore
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Singaporean or permanent resident will be preferred
  • Qualification in accountancy / finance
  • Willingness to work occasionally out of official working hours
